TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms apply when you use Felvieira Studio, a service operated by Felipe Vieira under the Felvieira.dev brand. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Felvieira Studio helps you prepare, organize, schedule and publish video and photo content to a TikTok account that you authorize. Features and availability may change as the service is maintained. Current account registration is free; any paid feature or charge will be shown before you purchase it.
2. Your account and authorization
Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in details. You authorize Felvieira Studio to access only the TikTok account and permissions you approve. You can disconnect the account in the service or revoke access in TikTok settings. A scheduled post is sent only according to the destination, time and publishing mode you select.
3. Your content and responsibilities
You keep ownership of content you upload. You are responsible for having the rights, permissions and disclosures required for your videos, images, music, captions and any branded content. You must follow TikTok's terms, community rules and applicable law. Felvieira Studio does not guarantee reach, engagement, successful delivery or uninterrupted access to another platform.
4. Publishing and platform behavior
Posts are transmitted to TikTok through its authorized developer interfaces. TikTok may review, restrict, delay, reject or change the availability of a post or feature. Direct publishing and inbox delivery can have different options and outcomes. Always review the destination account, caption, media, privacy setting and scheduled time before saving a post.
5. Acceptable use and security
Do not use the service to violate law or another person's rights, bypass platform safeguards, distribute harmful content, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or connected platforms.
6. Account closure and deletion
You can request account and content deletion by contacting felvieira.dev@gmail.com. We process verified requests under applicable law and retain only information required by law or reasonably needed for security and dispute resolution. Deleting your Felvieira Studio account does not delete content already published on TikTok.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, Felipe Vieira is not responsible for losses caused by TikTok availability, platform decisions, user-provided content, missed schedules resulting from an external outage, or use outside these terms. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
